The 23rd Annual Crime Victims’ Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Decatur, 308 Clairemont Avenue, Decatur, Georgia 30030 on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The Service kicks off the beginning of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week and is designed to be a healing event for victims and survivors of crime. During the service, the names of murdered loved ones will be read and candles lit in their memory.
