At Isenberg & Hewitt, P.C., our mission is to provide our clients with professional collection and litigation services.  We meet our clients’ objectives utilizing the most effective and cost efficient methods available.  We offer counseling to clients so they may improve their credit and receivables procedures in order to avoid incurring problematic debt.  We see it as part of our job to help our clients need us less often.

Since 1985 Isenberg & Hewitt, P.C. has worked hard to established and maintain a reputation for aggressive collection of past due commercial receivables.  We are fortunate to serve a select clientele that take pride in their own high standards and demand no less from their representatives. 

We at Isenberg & Hewitt believe it is imperative to learn a client’s business before we begin representation, and have found that only then can we offer our aggressive collection services in a cost-efficient manner to which our clients have grown accustomed.  We gather and review all of the materials establishing and supporting the debt [the contracts upon which the debt is based, the invoices, work orders, addendums, correspondence, etc] and then commence the collection process.  WE ARE NOT A COLLECTION AGENCY, and unlike traditional ‘collection agencies’ we formulate an initial, detailed demand upon the debtor, utilizing spreadsheet technology, which allows for accurate and updated demands to include accrued interest.  Unlike a collection agency, if a debtor is unresponsive, we are able to initiate litigation immediately.

WE HAVE WORKED HARD TO ESTABLISH A REPUTATION WITH CREDITORS AND DEBTORS ALIKE.  WE PURSUE APPROPRIATE, AGGRESSIVE COURSES OF ACTION DESIGNED AND TESTED FOR RESULTS AND ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE REFERENCES UPON REQUEST.
