Mason v. Chateau Communities et al. 280 Ga.App.106 (2006) - Plaintiff was assaulted and raped in her mobile home, Suit was filed against the assailant and the mobile home park and this was the 2nd sexual assault victim on the premises within three months (see Pruitt v. Chateau above), The defendants were granted summary judgment by the trial court and the plaintiff appealed. The judgment was reversed in favor of the plaintiff.
