Hilary A. Wayne holds a B.S. from Wofford College and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Ms. Wayne's primary focus involves complex litigation in the firm's Personal Injury and Premises Liability Group. Ms. Wayne also has considerable experience in drafting patent and trademark applications.
